Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of your receipt date, and we will happily exchange for a Trendy Trunk store credit in the form of a gift card to be used on our website or on our App.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. Returns may be made through mail or drop off. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping charges for exchanged item(s) are the customer's responsibility.

  • To return items via shipping, simply ship items back to: Trendy Trunk 805 Driffield Court, Alpharetta, Ga 30009. Please include packing slip with your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If you would like to drop off, please coordinate with us and you may return items in person. 
  • If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of the package's original delivery. Please email us at: trendytrunkgirlz@gmail.com 
  • ALL ITEMS IN $10 Treasure Trunk are FINAL SALE  
  • Trendy Trunk does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do size exchanges.
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer

How will I receive my store credit?

We will email you your store credit in the form of a gift card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return to our boutique. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase.
