Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • We ship USPS or UPS ground within the continental US. Orders under $25 are a flat rate fee of $6. All orders over $25 are a flat fee of $10. We also offer expedited shipping. Please choose priority shipping option for 1–2-day shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • An email will be sent once your package has been shipped and will include tracking information. Please ensure the correct address is entered at checkout; we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrectly entered address.
  • Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days after being processed, depending on your location. Orders are shipped out of Alpharetta, Georgia.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file claim with the United States Postal Service USPS 1-800-275-8777 or UPS 1-800-742-5877
  • Once your package leaves our storefront, we no longer control shipping timeframes, including any delays. Please refer to your tracking number for updates, and contact UPS or USPS if your package is not moving through the network. We pride ourselves on extremely fast shipping but cannot control issues within the carrier's network. 

Local Pick-Up Option:

  • FREE in-store pick up is available for local orders! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready. You will be notified once the order is ready for pick up. Be sure to include your phone number or email address on your order so that we can contact you promptly. 
  • When shopping online, select Local Pick-Up at checkout.
  • Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your items for pick-up.
  • Order Confirmation & Pick-Up Notification:
  • You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation — we want to make sure your items are all set and ready for you!
  • Pick-Up Location & Hours:
  • We will notify you of the pick-up address.
  • Pick-Up Time Frame:
  • Orders will be held for 7 days from the time you’re notified that your order is ready for pick-up. After 7 days, your items may be restocked, and a store credit will be issued for the value of your purchase.
