Shipping Policy

  • We ship USPS or UPS ground within the continental US. Orders under $25 are a flat rate fee of $6. All orders over $25 are a flat fee of $10. We also offer expedited shipping. Please choose priority shipping option for 1–2-day shipping. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  •  Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving.
  •  Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days after being processed, depending on your location. Orders are shipped out of Alpharetta, Georgia.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file claim with the post office. USPS 1-800-275-8777 or UPS 1-800-742-5877
  • If packages are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS. If you prefer to use another carrier, just simply notify us at checkout.

How It Works:

When shopping online, select Local Pick-Up at checkout.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your items for pick-up.

Order Confirmation & Pick-Up Notification:

You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait for this confirmation — we want to make sure your items are all set and ready for you!

Pick-Up Location & Hours:

We will notify you of the pick-up address.

Pick-Up Time Frame:

Orders will be held for 7 days from the time you’re notified that your order is ready for pick-up. After 7 days, your items may be restocked, and a store credit will be issued for the value of your purchase.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of your receipt date, and we will happily exchange for a Trendy Trunk store credit on our website or to be used on our App.

  •  The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items. No return authorization is needed. Simply ship items back to: Trendy Trunk 805 Driffield Court, Alpharetta, Ga 30009. Please include packing slip with your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. If local, please coordinate with us and you may return items in person.
