* We ship UPS ground within the continental US. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
* Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving.
* Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days after being processed, depending on your location. Orders are shipped out of Alpharetta, Georgia.
* If you would like your package expedited, please pay for the Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day after your order is placed.
* See local pick up option for details if you prefer pick up over shipping
* We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit you will need to file claim with the post office. USPS 1-800-275-8777
* If packages are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. We normally use USPS. If you prefer to use another carrier, just simply notify us at checkout.
